J. Bryan Nugen

J. Bryan Nugen is an estate planning lawyer. His firm's focus is to develop sophisticated estate plans that meet the asset protection and wealth preservation needs of clients throughout Northeastern Indiana and Northwestern Ohio.

J. Bryan Nugen's educational background began in his home town of Auburn, Indiana, where he graduated from DeKalb High School in 1985. He then attended Indiana University at the Bloomington campus, and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Psychology.

After having completed his undergraduate work, Bryan attended the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. When he began his law school experience, Bryan worked in the Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas as Judge's Bailiff.

After obtaining his Juris Doctorate, J. Bryan Nugen was licensed to practice law in both the State of Indiana and the State of Ohio. Bryan began practicing law in Auburn, Indiana with another local law firm and then proceeded to open his own practice in 1998.

In addition to his private practice. J. Bryan Nugen has volunteered his time with several organizations, such as: The DeKalb County Community Foundation (past President), The City of Auburn Chamber of Commerce (Past President), Rotary Club of Auburn (past President and Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International), the DeKalb County Visitor's Bureau (past President), Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana, Northeastern Indiana Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, DeKalb County Habitat for Humanity (Director and Officer), and the Auburn Arts Commission.
